JinVi operates in the United States. If you are accessing our services from outside the U.S., please be aware that your data will be processed in the United States. We use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to ensure your data remains protected.

Our Cookies
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will set up several cookies to save your login information and your selected preferences. Preference cookies last for a year. Login cookies last for two days. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you submit or otherwise post content, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates that content’s ID. It expires after 1 day.

Media That You Upload
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) and personal information. Visitors to our websites can download and extract any data encoded into images.
How Long We Retain Your Data
When you register an account on our sites, we store information that you provide in your account profile, including all personal information you provide. You can view, edit, and delete your provided information; and suspend and close your account at any time. Website administrators can also view and access that information. If you choose to close your shopping account, you will not be able access a history of your orders made through that closed shopping account.
Your JinVi account will remain unlocked up to 18 months after its most recent activity, but not closed. It may be closed after a total of 36 months after inactivity. We retain data that you provide, meta-data, and technical data for the lifetime of posted content. For our Contact Us form, the data collected will be purged through normal log maintenance practices for our website. We will retain all email messages, including those from our Contact Us form, on our email server; and information related to orders according to our data retention policies for administrative, legal, and security purposes.

Opt-Out and Unsubscribe
You can unsubscribe from your email subscriptions, including our marketing emails, at any time using your account preferences or the unsubscribe link in each email message.

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
Delete Your Data
You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. That excludes any data we must keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
